Welcome to BDML 2019!

On behalf of the IACT, we would like to welcome you to the 2019 2nd International Conference on Big Data and Machine Learning in Chengdu, China during November 8-10, 2019. It is mainly organised by International Academy of Computing Technology (IACT) and technically supported by some universities and associations. BDML2019 is the workshop of 2019 3rd International Conference on Advances in Image Processing (ICAIP 2019). This unique international conference provides a forum for academics, researchers and practitioners from many industries to exchange ideas and share recent developments in the field of Big Data and Machine Learning. Here we have an opportunity to collaborate and advance the theory and practice of major trends in related fields. We will also have an excellent opportunity to network with the leading scholars and practitioners.

All submissions will be blind reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance to conference topics of interest, originality, significance, and clarity. All accepted and presented papers will be published in International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM, which will be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).

(Good news! Papers of BDML2018 were indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus!)
